It's a shame that the film couldn't sustain its tension, because in some ways it is the best traditional thriller since "Jagged Edge." Watched May 09, 2020.

This film presents some difficult compression challenges, with lots of rain, darkness and wet pavement, and the DVD rises admirably to the occasion.
