The current study applied the Stereotype Content Model (SCM; Fiske, Cuddy, Glick & Xu, 2002) and Behaviors from Intergroup Affect and Stereotypes (BIAS) Map model (Cuddy, Fiske & Glick, 2007) to women who are sexually harassed and the resulting third party behavioral reactions, including perception of sexual harassment. Measured reliably and validly, these Big Two dimensions converge across survey, cultural, laboratory, and biobehavioral approaches. In previous studies, the SCM framework has proved to be applicable across cultures, predicting how groups are likely to be stereotyped on the basis of the structural relations with other groups in their society ( Cuddy et al., 2009 ). For this purpose, we tested the SCM/BIAS Map predic ‐ tions considering the three‐dimensional perspective of stereotype content, which distinguishes between morality, sociability, and competence.
