Hello friend, Twenty-five years from now—if I am blessed to be here that long—I will be 68 years old. And don’t—don’t you dare—feel guilty for taking the time for yourself. For staying humble when successes come and accepting when failures come too. I do this exercise at my Manifestation retreats where you write a letter to your sixteen-year-old self.
